At Woodlands Women FC, we believe football should be fun, friendly, and for everyone: especially the youngest players just starting their journey.
Woodlands Future Stars is our dedicated football programme for girls aged 5 to 7. These fun-packed sessions are designed to help girls fall in love with the game while developing confidence, coordination, and teamwork — all in a safe and supportive environment.
⚽ What to Expect:
- Fun, age-appropriate activities and games
- Qualified, experienced coaches who make every session enjoyable
- A focus on movement, balance, and basic ball skills
- An inclusive atmosphere where every girl can shine
- Great preparation for joining our U8 teams when ready
No experience? No problem! Future Stars is open to complete beginners as well as girls who’ve already started playing.
📍 Session Info:
- When: Fridays. 17.30 – 18.30
- Where: Woodlands School, Allestree
- Cost: First session is free
- What to bring: Comfortable sportswear, trainers or football boots, and a water bottle
